Yes. Bring your own machine and ride straight from the property onto the Black Hills trail system—no trailering needed. We do not rent equipment on-site.
Where can I rent a UTV nearby?+
Black Hills UTV is right on Glendale Dr, about 0.3 miles from the property—one of the most convenient rental options in Lead.
How far are the major attractions?+
Deadwood is about 3 miles / 5 minutes; Terry Peak about 5 miles / 10 minutes; Sturgis about 17 miles / 20 minutes; Mount Rushmore about 50 miles / 1 hour; Crazy Horse about 45 miles / a little over 1 hour; and Custer State Park about 55 miles / 1 hour 10 minutes.
Are dogs allowed, and is there a fee?+
Dogs are welcome in cabins only—not motel rooms. A $75 fee applies. Please pick up all dog messes.
Do units have full kitchens or kitchenettes?+
Most units have kitchenette-style conveniences. Cabin 9 includes a kitchenette and sink; House 1 has a full kitchen.
Can I bring a trailer or toy hauler?+
Some parking is available for trailers and toy haulers, but there are no RV hookups. Please contact us before arrival so we can help you plan.
What amenities are available for groups?+
Guests can gather at our large pavilion, picnic areas, fire pit and grills.
